So while the brain is functioning...
i have decided that it's no longer practical for me to indulge in the occasional cigar anymore since I got my eyeglasses.
Yeah, so the correlation here is?
Well, as most things in my life are stupid, the last time I lit a cigar, the smoke kept getting trapped in between my eye and the lens. Oww.
Nasty habit anyway. Good riddance.
That's a rather amusing reason for giving up. :) Good choice anyway.
ReplyDeleteCigars ARE nasty...ewww! Yay for giving up the occasional habit! :)
ReplyDeleteI support you giving that up.
ReplyDeleteAgreed!!
ReplyDeleteGood for you. Funny "reason", though. Sure you weren't looking for an excuse? :)
ReplyDeleteHi Jimmy,
ReplyDeleteGood for you ... Fogged up glasses and cigar smoke have one thing in common ... they both stink!
Best,
Marty
Ahh... Adrian likes a cigar every once in awhile. He picked it up while in Iraq (first tour) and liked it. ;)
ReplyDeleteWell, I suppose it's a good thing you gave 'em up.
See Gar... lol You are so damn clever.
ReplyDeleteSmart choice as well ~ not an easy habit to break. I'll be rooting for ya!

Dear God, I would never advocate smoking. It only took me 22 years to quit. But I got used to the idea of smoke getting caught in my glasses. Didn't feel a thing after a while. STill, better you quit. Healthier even.

I know, remove the lenses; it'll allow the smoke to flow through quite nicely then...
ReplyDeleteBesides seeing better, you'll also be smelling better.
ReplyDeleteI never liked the smell, but that's only my opinion. :)
Good Luck on kicking the "See Gar" habit.
Michele
