More and More...

I have kinda had it. And I just wanted to vent this out so I can sleep.

It seems that I've encountered a whole lot of people who, at one time or another, loudly declared that they were going to live their lives their own way, by their own rules, and without caring one damn bit about what the rest of us thought.

So then why do we have to carry their butts when that whole gameplan goes sour?

No seriously, we as human being suck in one way or another. At least I can admit I do.

Anywho ... my books are still sitting on the floor. Haha

  2. Yeah, these kind of people need to learn to pick up their own pieces and learn from their mistakes. Sometimes it's good to let them fall on their butts and sink or swim.

  3. Hi Jimmy,
I've found that sometimes these people want "independence" on their own terms: They'll take what they can get but don't like any strings attached. Not to get all political, but it's sort of like the Fat Cat Auto executives breezing into D.C. on their private jets: "Help, Help, we need money" (but you'll have to pry us loose from our perks with a crow bar).
    Best,

  6. Because we love the imperfections as much as we love the perfections in people? I hope. I shudder to think what I would have done if my parents hadn't picked me up after my experiment in living life "my" way.

  7. There's always the option of not carrying them when they implode.

Sometimes you have to let them sink or swim.
    Maybe. LOL

  9. You don't have to be there, or carry anyone, if you choose not to do so. I believe we have that choice. And if we choose to do it, then it should come out of unconditional love. Otherwise, it's resentment that shows its ugly head.
We either have someone's back or we don't. I think some folks deserve me...others not so much. Ya know?

    Anyway...LY

  12. We don't have to be there! Of course if it's a loved one we will be but some people won't have learnt their lesson unless we leave them to sink or swim. Phew, I'm nearly caught up with you.... just one more to go I think! Jeannette xx
