The Verizon fun isn't quite over yet. With them, it never really is.
I got the account squared away, and the customer rep told me how to add the second line to my online account. I followed the steps to the letter of the law. And this is what I got (with three attempts, so far.):
Ok, we're paid in full we have no more need of you Bwahahahaha! Evil, evil service. I've been thinking of changing internet servers for a while now. Every time I can't get on, I ask myself why am I paying them? (Hugs)Indigo

That is so typical of anything these days. Of course the tech support won't take the blame, it is somehow the computers acting on their own accord with malous to make your experience a bad one. LOL I'm sure it will get squared away sooner or later, lets hope sooner. Have a happy weekend JP. Luv ya!

I hate Verizon, too. Although everyone in my family (and their dog) have Verizon and I'm stuck with AT & T. I think eventually I'm going to have to bite the bullet and go back to the Big V, even though I swore I'd never go back. Their customer service BLOWS! (As I bet you already know!)
